With SU’s ‘Eye for an Eye’ victory over Nova last night and the news that Carmelo Anthony has finally been granted the trade to the New York Knicks there is NO ONE better to talk to than Sean Keeley, creator of the insanely popular Syracuse Sports Blog NunesMagician.com and author of How to Grow an Orange. Sean and I talk about the transformation that our basketball team has gone through since we last spoke, going from an 18-0 possible one seed to a team that might not even get a bye in the Big East Tournament. We talk about who our team should really be relying on and what reasonable expectations are for Syracuse fans.
With our most famous alumni currently playing in the NBA making headlines we have no choice but to dive right into the newest darling of Manhattan’s future and whether or not he can do for the Knicks what he once did for our beloved Orange in 2003.
