Call Of Duty: Black Ops Shoots Down Previous Video Game Sales

Bang Bang… Take that you n00b! This is the sound coming out of every college male’s dorm room. Call of Duty: Black Ops came out on Tuesday, and in its first 24 hours sold 5.6 million copies. This means I will not be the only loser posted up in my dorm this weekend, killing and talking stuff to Junior High Schoolers. Here’s a fun fact: Black Ops has made more money on its first day than The Dark Knight and Toy Story 3 made on their box office weekend debuts. I’d love to tell you how amazing the game is, or how you can play as Richard Nixon in Zombie mode, or how shooting some one with an explosive crossbow arrow gives you an instant chubby, but that would take out of my game time… So check out the commercial featuring Kobe Bryant and Jimmy Kimmel after the jump.
