Campus Socialite Presents 3 Bauce NYC Events On Thanksgiving Eve

dj reach

Thanksgiving Eve is the day that everyone makes their 2-5 hour treks home from college, gets that first home-cooked meal in months in their stomachs, and go out with all their High School buddies for what is called the biggest night of the year. In New York, with all its city schools and SUNY schools packed into one relatively little space, this is especially true, and practically every college student in the state converges on NYC for a night that is year-by-year, consistently amazing.

Just to help out the Thanksgiving Eve cause, Campus Socialite is helping throw the party at 3 separate bars across the city. Each venue is posh as fudge and throwing it’s own party with it’s own crowd and own DJ’s. All 3 will be starting early and going all night, so you can pick a spot and go the distance, or party like a real boss and try to hit up all 3. Nothing like Turkey and Cranberry with a hangover.

Ajna Bar:

Ajna bar is in the heart of the Meatpacking District, the little stretch on the lower west side that has been quickly becoming Manhattan’s coolest little town. You can expect a line out the door at all the clubs, starting at 10 and lasting until 3, Friday and Saturday, and Ajna Bar is no exception. Tomorrow night, Manhattan Legend, DJ Reach will be playing the whole night along with some special guests, and when they say special guests in Manhattan, they mean special guests. Ajna Bar is Asian-Themed and known for it’s high-class crowd and frequent celebrity appearances. Tickets are $30 in advance. Get em here.

Hudson Terrace:

One of my all-time favorite spots in Manhattan. Hudson Terrace is a rooftop bar, atop one of the classiest hotels in Manhattan and it looks like Thanksgiving Eve practically every weekend of the year. The view is sick, the crowd is there to party, and the drinks flow all night. Special Guest DJs, including DJ Shortkutz will be on the tables from start to finish, playing top 40 hits, hip-hop, and all the mash-ups your ears and chest can handle. Expect to see some celebrities too; Justin Timberlake, Nicholas Cage and Will Smith have all been spotted putting them back on the roof. You’ll be in good company, guaranteed. Tickets are $40 in advance. Get em here.

Butter:

Plainly stated, Butter is nothing short of legendary on the isle of Manhattan. As cool as the other two spots may be, Butter has to be the stand out. The club is two levels and the hangout spot for celebrities, socialites, and anyone who’s anyone in NYC. The line-up of DJs is star-studded as usual, including DJ Truth, DJ Bobby Blaze and DJ Bacio. When they start spinning, there will be nowhere else you’d rather be. New York royalty like Jay Z and Alex Rodriguez have been spotted partying at Butter before, and there’s no reason to believe it won’t be chock full of A-listers on the biggest night of the year. Like all the clubs on this list, Butter is not easy on your wallet, but there’s no club in the world I can honestly say is more worth it. Tickets are $30 in advance. Get em here.
