If you’re like me, having a few days off from work and summer school is rare. Right now, there’s nothing I appreciate more than relaxing by the pool on a hot summer day with an ice cold cocktail in hand. One thing I notice when I’m poolside drinking a brew is the tendency of  my confidence level to slowly diminish with every sip. Not because I’m getting drunk, of course, but because drinking beer makes me look like I’m four months pregnant, and that’s not exactly the look I’m going for when I’m laying around in a bikini. Another thing I’m not trying to do on my day off is look pregnant AND count calories. That’s too much for me to handle… So I’ve personally chosen some of the best tasting, low calorie, summer cocktails you can easily make on your own, and you won’t have to worry about it affecting your sexy little figure.

On May 13th, 2010, The Campus Socialite will be having an event at the IVY Rooftop courtesy of two of The Campus Socialites more busy representatives, local San Antonio students Ann Redus and Tony Peralez. The Campus Socialite throws parties that create a buzz of events for college students nation wide, as well as develop a means to establish brands and local company names through it’s network of relationships and promotional capabilities.

This coming Thursday will mark the first time that The Campus Socialite is having a party in the great state of Texas, right here in San Antonio.
