Kickin’ It with Kroll: The Campus Socialite Chats with Comedian Nick Kroll

Some comedians speak loudest to certain segments of society.  George Carlin connected closest with the angry American who could see through the bureaucratic bullstuff in our country, Richard Pryor reached even broader audiences with his brutally honest interpretations of racism and the drug culture, and Dave Chappelle spoke to the younger, more open-minded crowd that could poke fun at all elements of pop culture in the contemporary world.  Now college students have a new wave of comedy to follow, and the youth voice is best embodied by the work of in your face, pull no punches comics like those on The Axe Twisted Humor Tour.  The headliner of the tour, Nick Kroll, is one of the preferred stand-up comedians of The Campus Socialite and has been featured on our site for his hilarious roles spanning from Bobby Bottleservice aka The Service to cutthroat fantasy football gamer Ruxin from FX’s hit series The League.  Nick was kind enough to give our team a few minutes of his time after he left The Axe Twisted Humor Tour crowd in stitches and what ensued, as expected, was a post show laugh riot.  Check out the exclusive interview after the jump!
