Have you ever looked at a menu in a restaurant, and saw some dishes where you thought its creator must have been really fudgeed up to come up with such a strange combination of foods? Every time I’m out for sushi, I find myself saying, “What the fudge?” to 99% of the rolls on the “Special Rolls” part of the menu. Yet, upon ordering and eating some of the craziest rolls the menu has to offer, I realize why these rolls made the menu. They’re delicious  

Maybe you ordered a dish, which upon first site, made you question if it took the chef more time to create its presentation than cook the meal itself? Cooking is an art, where a chef is the artist, and many artists often use drugs to assist their creative genius.
