Yep. Add that onto a laundry list of other strange products that Porsche has put their name on: running shoes, sunglasses, watches, luggage, even cell phones. Now Porsche, the German company that usually designs high-end sports cars, is dipping their fingers in the high-end smoking apparatus market. Because lots of rich smokers wanna look cool.
Not to say that this hookah doesn’t look awesome: it’s got a contemporary design that supports a structure made of glass, aluminum, and stainless steel. And given the chance I’d smoke it in a second…but there’s no price on it yet, and most of the time it’s like that for a reason. Some famous person probably once said “if you have to ask how much it costs, you can’t afford it.”
It doesn’t end with the hookah though: There’s a pipe, too. So if you wanted a name-brand piece to smoke “tobacco” out of, forget Illadelph, Roor, or PHX, and pick up a Porsche, because more than anything, you pay for the name. I hope these devices are “high performance.”
