Rock Comedian Brian Smith has released the latest in the University Music Video series: An ode to Penn State University titled “The Penn State Song”. This is the third video in the series, following previous college hits “The Hofstra Song” and “”IU We’re All For You,” which have gained tens of thousands of hits on Youtube alone. The series will be producing several other music videos at colleges across the country throughout the 2010-2011 school year.

Brian Smith introduced “The Penn State Song” live at PSU on TheCampusSocialite.com Blitz and Beatz Tour where he hosted the Super Mash Bros. and G. Curtis concert. In the song, Smith pays homage to Penn State Football coaching icon Joe Paterno, the school’s number one party school atmosphere, and the town of State College itself. Local attractions like Gingerbread Man, Canyon Pizza, and the staple of Penn State, Beaver Stadium, are all featured in the video. Make sure to check out Smith’s debut full-length college album, “My College Life,” which is being released November 22, 2010. It features songs such as “The Adderall Song” and “Late Night Pizza,” both of which you can listen to below.
