You drank too much last night.  You’re stomach is so upset that it is about to call it’s local Congressman to complain about you’re alcoholism, but there is one way to quiet it’s rumblings: a solid meal to absorb all that booze.  Pancakes are a staple to the breakfast food world, but they get pretty boring after a few bites.  See how you can spice it up and still keep your food down by adding some blueberries.

Ingredients:

½ cup reduced-fat buttermilk

½ cup while grain oat flour

1 large egg white, lightly beaten

½ Tsp baking soda

¼ Tsp salt

½ Tsp vanilla

½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 bottle of syrup

Materials:

1 Small Bowl

1 Mixing Spoon

1 Whisk

1 Skillet

Directions:

1. Combine buttermilk, flour, egg white, baking soda, salt, and vanilla in your bowl

2. Whisk until blended, let stand 10 minutes

3. In your skillet, put pancakes in the pan and cook to a nice golden brown on both sides
