Okay, okay just hear me out for a second! I need to explain this to you. So My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is a TV show that has somehow grabbed the hearts of a certain group of males between the ages of 13 and something embarrassingly in the 20s (they call themselves Bronies). The video’s description really does say it all. This is a masterpiece, combining a stuff-ton of classic quotes and moments from “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” and synchronizing them into 4 minutes of dubsteppy goodness. You really really don’t wanna miss this one.
Remember that house that lit up like crazy to LMFAO’s “Party Rock”? Well, the same house is back with a vengeance, spreading Christmas cheer by raging Skrillex and Christmas Lights…wait, Skrillex for the holidays? Yes. Billy Van really knows how to mix stuff up. He successfully blends David Guetta and Usher’s new hit “Without You” with the Black Eyed Peas “I Gotta Feeling” with Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” – and then it drops into filthy, filthy dubstep. The kid is a musical genius. The first 2 minutes are a little slow, but wait for that drop.
Now you can. On a YouTube channel called DubstepLyrics they break down the great lyrics to your favorite dubstep tunes. Check out one of our favorites, Skrillex’s “First of the Year (Equinox).”
You might remember a few weeks ago when we highlighted Campus Socialite reader and musician Quincy Kwalae for his “No Sleep” remix. Well, Q-Kwal just released a dubstep remix of Sam Sparro’s “Black & Gold,” a far departure from his first remix. This one truly shows the producer’s versatility, and so we’re proud to put up here for you all to hear. You can even download the mp3 version.
Well, more like fartstep. Well, actually more like minimal fart-house. Whatever kind of music it is, Randy and Sharon Marsh don’t like it, and definitely
