We love alcohol, we love willytails, and we love infographics, so you can imagine my excitement when I found this gem. Basically what your seeing is a giant map of every classic willytail, mapped out to every style of liquor, mixer, garnish and glass. What you could use this for that you couldn’t get from your standard bartenders book much easier? Probably nothing, but it does look way cooler. I’m about to print it out and frame it to be honest. Just like everything else in this world, Pop Art is always better with some alcohol.

Kids will do just about anything to get slobbering drunk nowadays, won’t they? Back in my high school hey-day we used to do things the old fashioned way: drink through our mouths – but apparently that’s not hardcore enough for teenagers who smoke spice and snort Ketamine way before they even start college. I can’t wait to show my family how normal I am compared to these fudge-ups.
This Friday Buzzworthy is going to be a little different, but epic none the less. All you need in life is a good tasting, considerable amount of alcohol laced liquid and a container for it, but it never hurts to add some awesome gadgetry. Especially one of the 5 awesome, alcohol-related trinkets i’m about to show you. Some of them are practical, and some of them aren’t but all of them will make you look like a boss.
If you’ve been in college for over 1 year and you haven’t yet figured out that Soco and Lime is for pussies, you need to repeat freshman year. If you wanna do a shot of something, it’s Whiskey, Tequila, Yager or bust. Soco however, has seriously stepped up it’s game as of late, because it’s new variety is definitely not for the weak of stomach. Sweet Soco + Smoldering Tabasco = Soco Fiery Pepper.
You might be asking: what the hell is this? Well, I’ll fill you in. Bevshots is a company that takes your favorite drinks, dries them up on a slide, magnifies them 1000x under a microscope, and then snaps a high definition photo of them. That’s right, when you let all that beer dry up on your stuff, it will eventually be a piece of art.
For this week’s Buzzworthy, I thought i’d follow up with another 5 Most Expensive List, but this time, we’re going liquor. If you thought a bottle of Sam Adams Utopias was over-priced, you’re about to fall off your barstool. Check out the world’s most expensive liquors, by type, and try your hardest not to cringe.
It just makes everything a little more interesting, and if you’re a veteran, the burn can actually be a little addicting. So here’s the question: if we like a little Heat in our food, why not in our alcohol as well? These drinks might not all send you running for the water fountain (assuming you have some balls) but they’ll give you a much needed kick and maybe even clear up your sinuses.
