I’ve been thinking for a few months now… all my friends are turning 21 this school year. I have to think of some cool birthday gift ideas because as a college kid, that’s an important milestone. No more using fake IDs or mooching off of friends over that hill. So for those of you in the same boat, here are a few gift options for the “alcoholic” birthday friend.
Mini Key Chain Personal Breathalyzer : This is the ultimate 21st birthday gift if your friend is a drinker that doesn’t know their limit. This little guy is pocket size, keeps track of your parking meter and has a flashlight just in case.
A Flask : If your friend doesn’t already have one… This is perfect for bringing a mixed drink in a club, especially for girls since we don’t get patted down. Just make sure the birthday girl doesn’t put it in her purse, she’ll really need to use her imagination if she wants to bring it in.
Beer Pouch Sweatshirt with Hood :: For those of us who don’t appreciate how cold our hands get while holding a beer. But if you go out, make sure you didn’t forget a beer in there…
Port-o-Pong Beer Pong Table : For a summer birthday, this should definitely be an option! Great for playing in the pool, but can also be moved to a small table. And if you’re feeling crazy, hang it from the ceiling!
Hangover Survival Kit : Not sure if this would have helped The Hangover cast in Vegas, but it may be useful to your birthday buddy. The kit includes: eye mask, plasters, bandages, mirror, earplugs, sick bag and booklet containing hangover remedies and excuses to get out of work.
