David Gordon Green, the director behind Pineapple Express, returns to the silver screen with the new movie Your Highness starring James Franco and Danny Mcbride. This isn’t your everyday fantasy movie though. Imagine all of your favorite actors cursing in English accents and going on a journey through medieval times. Danny McBride and James Franco go on an epic quest to save Franco’s true love, played by Zooey Deschanel, from an evil warlock. The stunning Natalie Portman joins their fellowship, and together they stumble through the past.
If I know anything about Green’s style of directing, this movie will seamlessly blend action-adventure and improv comedy. Check out the R-Rated trailer after the jump. You’re going to want to see this movie.
