The new Tron: Legacy trailer is out and I think I just ejaculated my pants. This is not only a trailer, but the premiere of a new Daft Punk song called “Derezzed.”
For those of you who don’t know, Daft Punk is responsible for the movie’s entire soundtrack. It’s basically a full-blown Daft Punk CD that doubles as the background music for an entire movie…sick.
And if you were even more out of the loop, the French Electro duo leaked 22 seconds of “Derezzed” a few weeks ago on the Tron: Legacy Soundtrack website. But 22 seconds wasn’t enough, and now we have what seems like almost the whole song in this trailer.
I was having a hard time paying attention to the music though because I was so absorbed in how sick Tron: Legacy looks. The robotic musicians even make a cameo appearance in the two minute sneak peek. This is definitely going to be the “Get Really Stoned” movie of the year. Go see the movie on December 17th, and buy the soundtrack November 22nd!
